The Mission Inn Hotel Spa in Riverside, California is located at 3649 Mission Inn Ave, Riverside, California 92501. The Mission Inn is a historic landmark hotel built in 1876 in downtown Riverside, California. Although a composite of many architectural styles, it is generally considered the largest Mission Revival Style building in the United States. Mission Inn Hotel & Spa is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The owners are Duane and Kelly Roberts. The latter serves as vice chairman and chief operating officer.

It's a beautifully restored Mission Style hotel. The room rates and restaurants are a bit pricey but it's free to visit. Some photos I took below.

Mary Cummins of Cummins Real Estate Services has been in real estate since 1983, over 35 years. She is licensed by the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. Mary Cummins was an agent and broker licensed with the California Department of Real Estate selling residential income, commercial buildings, raw land and homes for Merrill Lynch Realty in Beverly Hills and Westside Properties in Los Angeles before concentrating on appraisals. Mary Cummins currently provides real estate appraisals, expert witness testimony, historical research, legal real estate research for mortgage brokers, banks, lawyers, factors, insurance companies, financial consultants and private individuals. Mary Cummins was born and raised in Southern California. Cummins attended Beverly Hills Good Shepherd Catholic School and Beverly Hills High School. Besides being on the Dean's list, Mary Cummins was a top ten national swimmer and competed on the men's water polo team. Tio's Tacos Riverside is a Mexican art theme restaurant in Riverside, California. It's located at 951-788-0230 3948 Mission Inn Ave, Riverside,CA 92501. They have vegan food. I was going to eat here but there was a standing line outside the door to order food. My head and back were killing me so I had to go elsewhere. You can get one taco for $4 or plates starting at $7. Very affordable. Food looks good on the menu. Hate that I couldn't eat there but they didn't have enough servers to take orders at tables that day. The owner is Martin Sanchez. Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Arts Culture Industry by Latina Chicana Mary Cummins

The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture opened in June 2022 as a public-private partnership between RAM, the City of Riverside, and comedian Cheech Marin—one of the world’s foremost collectors of Chicano art. The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture of the Riverside Art Museum is located at 3581 Mission Inn Ave., Riverside, CA, 92501, on the corner of Mission Inn Ave. and Orange St.

If you go, plan to stay the entire day. The museum has two large floors of exhibits in about 12 areas which will take an easy hour to view. There are museums, attractions and beautiful old architecture right next to the museum. I suggest also visiting the Riverside Art Museum a block away, The Mission Inn across the street and have lunch at Tio's Tacos few blocks up the street. There are many more museums and attractions all within walking distance. You could easily make a weekend of the area. The museum's exhibits change so you can easily visit at least once a year.

Below are a few pieces from the exhibit. Each area of the museum has a different collection. Some display only local artists, others are part of the permanent collection. They rotate pieces because the entire collection is vast. The entire museum building is over 60,000 sf and used to be a library which was converted at a cost of $13,000,000.
